How does it work?

Personal reports - Your Questions Answered

Q – How do you ensure that reports are personalised without taking too much time?

A – Senior management team and coordinators can track and analyse progress using a range of graphs and because the information is all held online, it is instantly available when you login. No more running around school passing memory sticks around!

Q – How can we provide simple and accurate target setting across the school?

A – Classroom Monitor finds the perfect balance between saving time and creating personalised reports. It links reports to pupils’ learning ensuring that the text is both individual to the pupil while still being quick to build up and edit. By starting to build up reports as you record assessments, much of the burden can be reduced even further.

Q – How do we ensure our report layout fits our individual school needs (e.g. tick boxes, booklet format, headers, logos, footers etc)?

A – The report template used by Classroom Monitor can be completely customised to fit your school requirements.

Q – How can I save my teachers and admin staff time collecting results to report to my authority (e.g. FSP/ KS 1 returns)?

A – In a matter of seconds, teacher assessment results from Keystage1, 2 & 3 and Foundation Stage can be exported in Common Transfer Format (CTF) and sent direct to your local authority or imported into your school database. The Foundation Stage return is identical to the files that the e-Profile creates.
